PR Advisory

I help companies put AI to work on real operations. Every engagement runs the same playbook. I sit with the person doing the work and map the process end to end, build it, then run it in parallel with the old way for a few cycles. Then I hand over the keys and teach the owner to run it without me. Month-to-month, with a clean off-ramp. No secret sauce, no dependence on me. I'm happy to work my way out of a job.

Throughline Labs

Co-founded an AI business intelligence company for homebuilders. Built the prototype and a 45+ builder prospect pipeline, and wound it down in 2026 when frontier models and the tooling around them turned a data-analysis agent harness into a commodity.

Mosaic

Joined at 15 people and pre-revenue. Grew to 150+ people and $500M+ in cumulative project revenue, including a 75-person general contracting division we acquired and integrated. I built the operating layer that ran a $2B+ project pipeline.

Earlier

Before Mosaic I worked in real estate investment. At Symmetry Companies I managed $60M+ across luxury residential and resort communities, and built a sales reporting platform the firm still uses. At The True Life Companies I underwrote 5,000+ single-family lots across four states and wrote the firm's underwriting model and land acquisition policy manual. $150M+ deployed across the two roles.
